Can I see my portrait before I pay?
Absolutely. Upload your photos and see a portrait preview. Try again or request a change before choosing your print.
Pets only? What about my favourite humans?
Humans are welcome too. Upload one clear photo per pet or person, with up to four photos in total. Choose your style and review the result before you order.
What kind of photo works best?
One bright, sharp photo per pet or person, facing the camera with both eyes visible. Include their head and body, with nothing cut off. Skip heavy filters, blur and deep shadows.
How is my portrait created?
We use AI to create new artwork from your photos in your chosen style. It is printed on fine art paper or canvas; it is not a painting made by hand. You review the result before ordering.
Will a different size cut off their ears?
No cropping surprises. We preserve the whole artwork and add space when proportions differ. The size preview shows the exact front layout before you add it to your bag.
Can I add a frame?
Yes. Choose canvas and add a walnut floating frame for $50. Posters are supplied unframed.
